8. General conditions of contract in the online shop gilfamily.es
The general conditions of contract and use of the website with the conditions that may be established are intended to expressly regulate the relations arising between Gil Family and users of the services offered, and the regulation of the use of the web site.
The use of the website signifies user’s acceptance, without reservations of any kind, of all recruitment and conditions of use which are contained in this legal warning.

9. Products
All the prices shown in the list of our products are in euros, including tax (VAT) and other taxes that may be applicable at all times, except typing error, and they include shipping. The minimum order is EUR 40.00. The sale is only available for Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands only).
The prices shown may be reviewed and modified if conditions require at any time.
The products will be available while stocks last. All Gil Family promoted products at a special price on the web are displayed with the following information: offering price, regular price, discount percentage and expiration date of the offer or promotion. These offers will be available until the expiration date, except the products being not in stock.
Gil Family will include in its web wines sold, and it can add and remove from it the same, without notice.
To purchase alcoholic beverages, the user must be over legal age, and follow the instructions appearing on the website for the buying process, completing the required data.
The purchase is understood to be made in the home of Bodegas Hijos de Juan Gil SL located in C / Portillo de la Glorieta,7 bajo. dcha.., 30520 Jumilla (Murcia).
Once the purchase has been done and in the shortest possible time, always before of thirty (30) days from the execution of the purchase, Bodegas Hijos de Juan Gil SL will send to the user-buyer, who has so requested, to the address indicated on the form or by email to the e-mail account that the user has indicated in his registration, the corresponding invoice. The order confirmation sent by Gil Family is not valid as an invoice, just as proof of purchase.
10. Payment, shipping and return Policies

To do the transfer payment, it will be stated the account number in which the User has to make the deposit of the amount of the sale,and once credited it to the account designated by Gil Family, we will begin the shipping procedures.
Gil Family reserves the right to require users who have made a purchase, justifying payment of the same and / or identify themselves by providing through telematics (fax, e-mail or similar) of a document that identifies them as the buyer and includes the delivery address (ID, passport, resident card, Certificate of registration, etc..).
Bodegas Hijos de Juan Gil S. L. undertakes to deliver the goods purchased by the user, in the address of the purchaser stipulated, in the order form (product will not be delivered to PO boxes or booths) in the shortest time possible and in any case provided within 4 business days (Monday through Friday) from the date on which the order (excluding holidays and weekends). The order will be delivered once the payment and receive of the same appear in the account designated by GilFamily.
Users will have a period of seven working days, according to the official calendar of their place of residence to settle the purchase without any penalty or expense, including costs incurred in returning the product.
The period of seven days specified in the preceding paragraph shall be calculated from the receipt by the buyer of the goods purchased. In any case, it is understood that the user-buyer has known the right of with drawal from the entrance to the online shop, which requires reading and acceptance of the General Conditions of Contract, and in any event from the time of placing the order .
