ELABORATION

Disfrutand0,0 is the result of a very careful dealcoholization process carried out in the facility designed for this purpose within our own winery. We have crafted this rosé with the sole purpose of achieving a quality rosé that preserves the original character of the wine from which it originates.

TASTING NOTES

Bright light pink hues, with intense aromas of currants and tart strawberries. On the palate, it is luscious, with good acidity, very refreshing, and has a long and elegant finish.

FOOD PAIRING

Ideal to accompany salads, pasta, seafood, rice dishes, grilled fish, cheeses, and pâtés.

CONSERVATION

Recommended to be stored in dry and cool places at a temperature around 15 °C. Once opened, it can be kept in the refrigerator for up to five days.

SERVICE TEMPERATURE

To fully enjoy its flavor, it is recommended to consume at a temperature of around 6 °C.
