The grapes of Garnacha Tintorera and Monastrell come from vineyards located in the area of Almansa between 700 and 1.000 metres of altitude planted on sandy soils and high amount of limestone on his bed. The grapes are fermented separately in stainless steel tanks.

VINIFICATION

Maceration-fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 15 days aprox. at 25ºC. Malolactic fermentation in tanks and subsequent aging in French oak barrels for 4 months.

TASTING NOTES

Wine that combines complexity, structure and an intense cherry red color. Elegant, fresh and complex nose where mature fruits and floral notes are appreciated. Pleasant and fresh on the palate, balanced with sweet but youthful tannins, unctuous and enveloping, with an original and interesting step in the mouth with a long finish.

FOOD PAIRINGS

ideal to accompany with rice, stewed legumes, mushrooms, casseroles, fish and seafood in sauce, smoked, cured and blue cheeses, grilled white and red meat.

CONSERVATION AND SERVICE TEMPERATURE

To fully enjoy this wine, temperature must be between 15 ºC and 18 ºC. Constant temperature is essential, avoiding thermal changes that may negatively influence the quality of the wine.
